摘　　要：本文就现代高等教育对专业教师的知识结构、教师角色及师生关系的要求进行了探讨。同时,提出了本学科实现教师知识转型的策略与方法,包括:树立终身学习的理念,积极开展教学改革与教学研究,建立青年教师校本培养体系等。This article discussed the request of modern higher education system on teacher＇ s knowledge structure, role and relationship with students, in the meantime, it proposed knowledge transformation tactics and means for teachers that have achieved in our department.
