摘  要:探讨在临床实习中如何培养护生的评判性思维能力,为今后的独立工作打下基础。认为可从临床实习中的技术操作,教学查房,健康教育和病情观察等方面培养护生评判性思维,不断开发和发掘护生评判性思维,提高护生独立思考和解决问题的能力。The development of modem nursing lies on the practice and scientific thinking,while critical thinking serves as a promoter to the shaping up of scientific thinking. Adapting to a new nursing condition, nursing education is a process of cultivating and developing the students' thinking and inferential capability to equip them the ability to solve problems rather than merely a process of piling up the knowledge. In clinical teaching, a supervisor should renew his teaching concepts and take effective measures to foster the students' critical thinking, prove their abilities to think independently and solve problems, and he should teach them to self-study and exploit their critical thinking, so as to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.
