摘　　要：“北大——复旦比较文学学术论坛”至去年止，已经成功举办了4次。回顾这4次论坛的主题，我们不难发现主办者的良苦用心，那就是从比较文学的学科定位入手，逐步深入地探讨比较文学的教学问题（包括课程的开设、参考书目的推荐、博士论文的指导以及学术规范等）和科研问题（研究范围、论题的发现和确立、研究者素质要求等）。Editor＇s Note： ＂PKU FDU Comparative Literature Symposium＂ has been successfully held four times by far. In retrospect of the topics of each time, we can see that its central attention has been rested on the issues of CL teaching and research, concerning mainly the problems of CL curriculum, recommendation of bibliography, PhD supervision and academic standards, the fields of research, argument-building, and students＇qualities required.
