摘　　要：针对知识员工特点,构建了一个知识员工的素质模型,并将其运用于评估知识员工在组织中的价值。最后,以一个案例来说明该方法的实施过程。In this paper, a competency model of knowledge worker is constructed and a new method is proposed to assess the value of knowledge workers based on this model. An example presented at the end of the paper shows the process of this method.
