摘  要:The royalty system is a major payment form of piece-rate wagesystem. In the practice, dispute raised by royalty occurs frequently,and there are different opinions on the issues such as whether this kindof dispute belongs to the category of labor dispute, as well as theregulation of employers paying behavior and the evidence burden ofpayment for goods received in the handling of the dispute.
