摘　　要：对于二次微分系统(Ⅲ)n=0,x=-y+δx+lx2+mxy,y=x(1+ax-y)可证得如下定理:假设a<0,0<a/m <1/5,l2+a2(2l-1)>0,若l/a≥2,则系统(1)在二阶细焦点0(0,0)外围恰有唯一的极限环。并得到如下推论: 假设a>0,0<a/m<1/5,l2-a2(2l-1)>0,若l/a≤-2,则系统(1)在二阶细焦点0(0,0)外围恰有唯一的极限环。For the quadratic system （ Ⅲ ）n=0 x=-y＋δx＋lx^2＋mxy,y=x（1＋ax-y）,the theorem could be proved：Suppose a〈0,0〈a/m〈1/5,l^2＋a^2（2l-1）〉0,if 1/a≥2,then unique second fine focus outer limit cycle. And the deduction is obtained： suppose a〉0 0〈a/m〈1/5,l^2-a^2（2l-1）〉0,if 1/a≤-2,then system（1） has just the unique limit cycle on the outer second fine focus O（0,0）
