摘　　要：研究职业教育的“中国特色”问题,对于正确认识职业教育在中国改革与发展中的作用,促进职业教育发展具有重要意义。应立足国情,努力提升职业教育竞争优势,并解决好传统职业教育向现代职业教育转变、职业教育预期功能向实际功能转化、职业教育全球化与本土化统一等一系列问题,以使其更好地服务于现代化建设。The research on ＂Chinese Characteristics＂ issues of vocational education is of great significance to correctly recognize the role of vocational education in the Chinese reform and development and to promote vocational educational development. We should base ourselves upon our national condition, upgrade the competitive advantage of vocational educa- tion with great efforts, solve a series of problems such as transformation from traditional vocational education to modern vocational education, and from expected function to the actual function of vocational education, as well as the unity of its globalization and localization, so as to serve the modernization drive better.
