摘　　要：教师专业化是世界性的教育发展趋势,当前,我国教师教育政策改革的根本目的在于实现教师职业专业化。为了促进教师专业化的发展,我国现行的高师教育应从课程结构、培养模式、训练方式等方面进一步改革。Teacher professionalism is a worldly trend of education development. Realizing the professionalism of teacher vacation is the intention of reform about teacher education policy. To accelerate the process of teacher professionalism , it is necessary for higher normal education to change in the points of curriculum structure , cultivating mode , training ways , etc.
