摘  要:用超临界CO2流体萃取技术(SFE)萃取平阴玫瑰浸膏,用分子蒸馏技术(MD)进行精制,所得玫瑰精油呈淡黄色,质量标准达到FCC(2004),得率由传统水蒸气蒸馏法的0.03%提高到0.1%.超临界CO2流体萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力25 MPa,温度50 ℃,CO2流量25 kg/h,萃取时间2.5 h;分子蒸馏温度为80~120 ℃;所得精油GC-MS分析,检测出63种成分,主体呈香成分为酯类物质,质量分数超过50%,相对分子质量主要集中在200~250.Pingyin rose was extracted with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and then refined with molecular distillation. The refined rose oil was flaxen and its quality attained FCC (2004). Compared with method of steam distillation, yield of rose oil increased from 0. 03% to 0. 1%. The optimal extraction conditions were determined as pressure 25 MPa, temperature 50℃ , flow rate of CO2 25 kg/h and extraction time 2.5 h. The temperature range of molecular distillation was 80 ~120℃. 63 components in the rose oil were detected by GC - MS, the molecular weights of which are mainly in the range of 200~250,and the main aromatic components(about 50% ) are esters.
