摘　　要：自我调节学习作为终身学习的核心概念,是教育心理学、学习心理学研究的热点问题。现代远程开放教育创设的丰富的计算机网络信息学习环境,为实现自我调节学习提供了支撑。在计算机网络信息构成的高效学习环境中,自我调节学习成为提高学习质量和效率的关键因素。The self-adjustment study takes the lifelong study as the core concept,which is the hot topic in the educational psychology and learning psychology research. The modem open distance education has established the rich computer network information learning environment, which provides supports for the self-adjustment study. In the efficient study environment established with the computer network information, the self-adjustment study has become the key factor to raise the studv qualitv and efficiency.
