摘  要:[目的]探讨番茄红素对免疫系统的作用及机制。[方法]经口给小鼠每kg体重1.67mg、3.33mg、10mg番茄红素,观察番茄红素对小鼠免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。[结果]番茄红素对小鼠迟发型变态反应有促进作用,ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力明显增强,溶血空斑数、血清溶血素也显著高于对照组,巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数明显高于对照组。10mg/kg番茄红素组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力为133.8U/m l,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力为158.9 U/m l,丙二醛(MDA)含量为4.1nmol/mg,与对照组差异有显著性。[结论]番茄红素能够增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞作用及体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,这与其提高抗氧化能力有关。[Objective] To investigate the influences and mechanism for lycopene on immune function. [ Methods] Mice were fed lycopene at dose of 1.67mg,3.33mg, 10mg/kg for 30 days, then their antioxidant activity and immune function were studied. [ Results] Lycopene could stimulate the response of delayed hypersensitivity. The proliferation of ConA-induced mitogenic response for spleen lymphocyte was also increased. Lycopene could increase the amount of hemolytic antibody in serum and promote the percentage and index of phagocytosis of celiac macrophage significantly as compared with the control group. 10mg/ kg lycopene could elevate the activity of serum superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) to 133.8 U/ml , glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) to 158.9U/ml , decrease content of malondiadehyde(MDA) to 4.1 nmol/mg. [ Conclusion ] Research reveals that lycopene can improve cell-mediated and humoral immune function and mononuclear phagocyte activity significantly. It might be associated with its anti-oxidative activity.
