摘  要:研究了用C lextralBC-45型双螺杆挤压机加工玉米面、豆粕粉和鱼粉混合物时过程参数对系统参数的影响。以螺杆转速、进料速率和进水速率3个过程参数为自变量,以运行电流和运行压力2个系统参数为应变量,应用回归正交设计对试验方案进行设计以及对试验结果进行分析,并用回归方程来描述过程参数与系统参数的关系。结果表明,螺杆转速、进料速率和进水速率对挤压系统的运行电流和运行压力都有显著影响,且运行电流与运行压力之间存在着极显著的线性相关关系。应用所建立的回归方程可预测和控制挤压系统的运行稳定性。A fish feed pellet was made by extrusion of the mixture of corn meal, deoiled soy flour and fish meal, the effects of process parameters on extrusion system was studied using regression orthogonal design, The three process parameters screw speed, solid feed rate and water feed rate were chosen as independent variables. The running current and running pressure were also used as dependent variables. Experimental design and regression analysis were carried out using regression orthogonal design. Two regression equations of running current and running pressure on screw speed, solid feed rate and water feed rate were established. The results show that all the chosen parameters influenced the running current and running pressure remarkably. There was also strong linear correlation relation between running current and running pressure. stability of the extrusion system can be forecasted and controlled using Running two regression equations established.
