重庆市全科医学岗位培训效果的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 探索全科医师岗位培训最佳培训内容与方法。方法 对我市2002～2003年参加统一开展的全科医师岗位培训学员进行随机抽样100人，采取信函形式问卷调查，回收77份，用SSPA统计软件进行数据处理。结果 88．16％的认为全科医师岗位培训对其工作帮助很大，73．97％和67．14％的愿意选择全科医生为终生职业和晋升全科医学职称；学员服务人口数（12639．3±14137．9）人，建立个人和家庭健康档案分别为（1347．6±1643．5）份和（1445．9±1964．7）份，签订保健合同（31．5±26．0）份；其中开展老人、儿童、妇女保健、计划免疫、慢性病管理、健康教育工作的分别占67．1l％、42．65％、40．00％、45．31％、46．48％、97．40％；尚未开展心理咨询、精神病患者的管理、计划生育技术指导、伤残康复期患者服务的分别占21．05％、46．47％、49，33％、43．48％。结论 岗位培训是当前社区卫生服务从业人员重要而必要的教育形式，培训后学员能掌握基本知识与技能，其服务功能日趋完善；但是，培训内容还需从心理咨询技术、精神病惠者的识别与管理、遗传与优生、康复技术、社区常用科研方法等方面入手，特别要加强适宜技术的训练。Objective To explore the best content and method for general practice training. Methods Random - sampled 100 persons who entered the general practice training in 2002 ～ 2003, surveyed by correspondence questionnaire, callback seventy - senev per, analysis by SSPA. Results 88. 16% think the training is helpful, 73.97% will pursue general practice, 67.14% will promote the title of general practice; they serve for （ 12 639.3 ± 14 137.9） people, constitute person health records （ 1347.6 ± 1643.5 ） per and family health reacords （ 1445.9±1964. 7 ） per, and signed health contract （ 31.5± 26.0） per person ; the correspondent percentage of work on the old, child, maternal health, immune program, chronic disease and health education is 67. 11% , 42. 65% , 40. 00%, 45.31%, 46.48% , 97.40%; but some work still have not done： psychology consult 21.05% , management for mental patient 46.47%, conduct for planned - bearing 49. 33%, rehabilitation for handicapped 43.48%. Conclusion General practice training is the important and necessary, for community service, they can grasp the knowledge and skill, ultimately consummate their service function. But the training must emphasize psychology consult, management for mental patient, inheritance and prepotency, rehabilitation, scientific research method etc. Especially reinfore convenient conduct training.
