摘  要:教师聘任制是当前教育人事改革的一项重点工作,我国实行教师聘任制已经有了成熟的现实条件。综合各地中小学的情况,在实施教师聘任制过程中要做好领导班子组建、“三定一聘”和分流落聘人员三个方面的工作。针对实施过程中应注意的问题,要建立引进优秀人才从教的开放系统,合理制定聘任政策和综合配套的改革措施。Teachers' engagement system is a key reform of the current education personnel. There have been mature realistic conditions for teachers' engagement system at present in China. Integrating primary and secondary schools, we should pay regard to the following three aspects: the formation of leadership, "designation and engagement" and distribution of the persons who fail in engagement. Also, we should study corresponding solutions during the implementation process, establishing open systems of introducing excellent teachers and setting up engagement and the relevant policies.
