摘　　要：文章阐述了压电谐波电机的工作原理,提出了压电谐波电机的控制系统的一种设计方案。利用单片机控制系统完成电机的起动、调速、换向与暂停等控制功能,结合力反馈,可以实现较高级的控制任务。The working principle of harmonic piezoelectric motor is expounded, and a design scheme of control system for this kind of motor is presented. The system based on singlechip computer can achieve the functions such as motor starting, speed changing, direction alternating , motor pausing, and can execute more advanced task by using the force feedback.
