摘　　要：文章通过英语口语学习现状和学习策略的调查对大学英语学习阶段学生口语所存在的问题进行探讨,并在教学实践及教学研究的基础上,提供相应的对策措施,以便提高学生实际的语言运用能力,适应社会对人才的要求。In this paper, an investigation is made and the relevant problems are discussed on the current situation of oral English teaching and learning in colleges and universities. Based on the teaching practice in Wanli University, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the oral English teaching.
