摘　　要：教师的教学活动是智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的过程,教学效果是二者共同起作用的结果。文章提出要加强教师非智力因素的研究,并探讨了思想政治课教师非智力因素在教学中的作用。The teaching activity of teachers is a course of common participation of intelligence factors and non - intelligence factors. The teaching effect is the result of common function of the two factors. The paper puts forward that we should strengthen the study of non - intelligence factors of teachers. It also inquires into the effect of non - intelligence factors of teachers of ideological and political course in teaching.
