摘　　要：对平面上具有连续系数的一般二阶线性椭圆组的Dirichlet问题、Neumann问题,利用Π算子、Green函数、Neumann函数、Bergman函数以及二维奇异积分算子理论,给出了其有效的N ether性条件及指标计算公式.The Dirichlet system of second order Bergman function, and and index formula are o problem and Neumann problem with continuous coefficients for linear elliptic in a plane are discussed. By ∏ operator, Green function, Neumann function, the operator theory of two dimensional singular integrals, their Noeether condition brained.
