共轭亚油酸血脂调节作用的研究

摘　　要：为探讨共轭亚油酸对大鼠血脂的调节作用,以Wistar大鼠为模型鼠,建立高脂模型。给大鼠灌胃0．5,1．0,2．0g·kg-1三种不同剂量的共轭亚油酸36天,结果发现:低、中、高剂量组均能显著减少体重的增长,并能显著降低甘油三酯、胆固醇含量(P<0．05)。同时高、中剂量组大鼠高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高(P <0．05),表明共轭亚油酸具有调节血脂的作用。To explore the effect of dietary conjugated linoleic acid on blood lipid, Wistar rats were used for the experiment. The rats were divided into three groups and respectively fed a semi - purified diet containing 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0g · kg^-1 conjugated linoleic acid for 36 d. The body weight gain, cholesterol content and triglyceride content of the three groups all remarkably reduce （ P 〈 0.05） ; the high density lipoprotein cholesterol of middle dose group and high dose group remarkably increase （ P 〈 0.05 ）. These results suggest that conjugated linoleic acid possesses an evident function of regulating blood lipid.
