摘　　要：介绍了用PLC可编程控制器、A/D模块、D/A模块、SCR、温度传感器等硬件组合的系统控制热处理炉。通过使用PID等运算指令,该系统能控制热处理炉,使炉温按照设计的温控曲线精确变化。A system composed by PLC programmable controllers, A/D modules, D/A modules,SCR, temperature sensor and so on to control the temperature of the heat treatment furnace were introduced. By using the operational command such as PID, the temperature of the furnace can change accurately according to the temperature controlling curve.
