摘　　要：当今时代,全面提高学生的素质已成为培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求。美育教育中特有的功能,即审美同情、审美想象和审美超越的培养,对全面提高大学生的综合素质特别是良好的道德情感、创新的精神和心理调节能力具有特殊作用,因此,要把美育从德智体美劳五育并提的层面中超拔出来,着力加强大学生的美育教育。Nowadays, to comprehensively improve student＇s quality has become a necessary request for cultivating qualified socialist constructors and reliable successors. The unique functions of esthetic education, namely fostering esthetic sympathy, esthetic imagination and esthetic transcendence, have a special effect on improving university students＇ comprehensive qualities, especially their good moral sentiments, innovative spirits and psychological adjustment abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to take esthetic education out from the moral, intellectual, physical, esthetical and labor education and further strengthen the university students＇ esthetic education.
