摘　　要：加强地质工作是缓解资源瓶颈制约,促进国民经济持续、健康、协调发展的重要举措。要振兴地质工作,关键靠人才。从地质人才队伍现状和地勘单位人才需求出发,必须采取制定招生培养优惠政策,建立分层次人才培养基地,提高地勘单位工资待遇,建立人才激励机制等方面的措施,大力发展地质教育,培养和留住地质人才,以解决当前地质人才青黄不接的困难。Strengthening geological work is significant to alleviate the bottleneck restriction of mineral resources in China and promote sustainable,healthy and harmonious development of national economy.It is the key factor to train and bring up geological talent army for geological work vigorous development.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the geological talent army and talent needs in geological exploration enterprises,this paper puts forward following proposals to solve the problem of the current temporary talent shortage: vigorously develop geological education and build up the base of training talent,formulate the favorable policy for attracting talent,establish talent driving mechanism and increase the salary level etc.
