摘　　要：紫菜多糖具有多种独特的生物学功能,在食品、医药、动物营养等领域具有广阔的应用前景。综述了紫菜多糖的分离纯化和生物学功能的研究进展,探讨了其潜在的应用价值,并简要阐述了今后紫菜多糖的研究发展方向。Porphyra polysaccharide has been widely applied to food, medicine, zoo nutrition industry etc because of its special biological functions. In this paper, the study progress of purification porphyra polysaeeharide and its biological functions has been sunnnarized, and its potential application value has been discussed. Simuhaneously, the developmental foreground of it has been briefly reviewed.
