成人高等师范教育应对基础教育课程改革的思考

摘　　要：新一轮国家基础教育课程改革对我国中小学教师队伍的知识、素质和能力提出了新的更高的要求。作为为基础教育培养和培训师资的成人高等师范教育应该积极主动应对,在人才培养模式、专业设置、课程设置、教学内容和教学方法与手段等方面进行大胆创新与改革。The new round state curriculunl reform of basic education requires for higher knowledge, quality and ability of teachers from primary and middle schools. As training teachers for basic education, adult higher normal education should face the challenges actively, take innovation and reform in the aspects of training mode, profession setting, curriculum setting, teaching content, teaching methods and so on.
