摘 要:在一台改装TY1100单缸发动机上试验研究了10.7和14两种压缩比对均质压燃二甲醚发动机的燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明:两种压缩比均能使发动机稳定工作,实现近“零”NO_x排放和无烟燃烧;压缩比为10.7时,均质压燃的两阶段燃烧特性明显,燃烧始点由缸内压缩温度决定,燃烧始点随负荷无明显变化;压缩比为14时,缸内压缩温度提高,燃烧始点随负荷增大相对曲轴转角提前,燃烧始点与负荷(混合气浓度)密切相关;两种压缩比下燃烧持续期均随负荷增大而缩短。The effects of HCCI engine compression ratio on its combustion characteristics were studied experimentally on a modified TY1100 single cylinder engine fueled with dimethyl ether. The results show that DME HCCI engine can work stably and nearly realize zero NOx emission and smokeless combustion under both the compression ratio of 10.7 and 14. The combustion process has obvious two stage combustion characteristics at ε of 10.7, and the combustion beginning point is decided by the compression temperature, which varies little with the engine load. With the increase of compression temperature, the combustion beginning point is tightly related to the engine load (concentration of mixture) and the combustion beginning point moves advance versus crank angle with the increase of engine load at ε of 14. The combustion durations are shortened with the increase of engine load under both the compression ratios.
