摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展，城市化程度的不断加深，农村劳动力向城市转移是一种不可逆转的必然趋势。本文阐述了职业教育在转移农村剩余劳动力过程中的作用，同时在剩余劳动力转移的背景下，对职业教育存在的问题进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了职业教育应对农村剩余劳动力转移的发展对策。With the development of our country＇s economy and urbanization, transferring abundant labor forces from rural areas to urban areas is an inevitable trend. This article interprets the function of vocational education in transferring rural abundant labor forces. It also analyzes existing problems of vocational education. Based on these analyses, the article puts forward its development countermeasures as well.
