改革教育思想观念努力培养技术应用型人才

摘　　要：在高职高专教育教学改革中,理论与实践存在不同程度的脱节,原因在于教育思想的改革滞后于高职高专教育的改革与发展。结合全国教育工作会议和全国第一次高职高专教学工作会议精神,对高职高专教育人才培养目标进行了定位。指出,各类高职高专院校必须从高职高专教育人才培养的规律出发,改革传统的教育思想、教育观念,树立科学、正确的人才观、质量观、教学观,强化改革意识,注重教育质量,努力办出特色,从而推动高职高专教育的改革和发展。There are different degree disjointedness between theory and practice in innovation of vocational ＆ technical college;the reasons are innovation in educational mentality lagged the development in vocational ＆ technical educations. This text combines with the mentalities of the national education meeting and the NO1 national vocational ＆ technical college education meeting, it appoints the target in the culture of vocational ＆ technical college and shows that all of the vo- cational ＆ technical colleges must be started from educational rules of qualified personnel culture, reform traditional mentality and educational concept. We ought to build up scientific and correct concepts of qualified personnel, qualityand teaching, consolidate innovational consciousness, pay attention to educational quality, endeavor to make their own expressions, accordingly impulse innovation and development of vocational ＆ technical college education.
