摘　　要：探讨农村弱势少年儿童的教育实践问题,具有极其重大的社会学与经济学意义。本文从四个方面论述了农村弱势少年儿童教育实践研究的时代意义:即农村弱势少年儿童教育实践研究与中国人口素质的提高;农村弱势少年儿童教育实践研究与中国综合国力的提高;农村弱势少年儿童教育实践研究与和谐社会;农村弱势少年儿童群体的教育与全面建设小康社会。The study of the education of rural disadvantaged group of children is in great importance to our economy and society. This paper will focus the research on the following four relations： their education with the improvement of China＇s population quality; with China＇s overall national strength; with the construction of a harmonious society; and with the building of a well-off society in an all-around way.
