摘  要:博士后制度是世界各国加强科学研究和科技创新、培养高水平研究人才、满足经济发展对人才需要的重要举措。文章通过中外博士后制度的比较研究,借鉴国外博士后培养的成功经验,顺应我国国情,提出调整博士后管理权限、扩大设站单位自主权、开辟多渠道投入机制、建立博士后创新培养机制的新思路。The postdoctoral system is an important measure in countries aU over the world to promote scientific researches and technological innovations, to obtain qualified personnel for researches, and to fulfill the need for talents brought by the development of economy. By making a comparative study of the postdoctoral system in China and abroad, by taking the successful experiences of the postdoctoral training from other countries, and by taking into consideration the situation in China, this paper puts forward the new idea of regulating the postdoctoral management, giving more power to postdoctoral institutions, setting up a multi-channel investment mechanism, and building up a system of postdoctoral innovative training.
