摘  要:食品安全问题事关国计民生,世界各国政府大多将食品安全视为国家公共安全,并纷纷加大监管力度。本文阐述了国内外食品安全的现状以及食源性疾病的基本情况和危害,详细论述了在日常生活中如何预防和控制食源性疾病,并从公共卫生层面上论述了加强食品安全管理的意义。The food safety is very important to us, the governments of most countries in the world regard the food safety as the public safety of the country and the management of food safety is strengthened. In this paper, we first elucidate the present situations of food safety and food born diseases at home and abroad and point out the main harm of the food born diseases; then discuss the measure how to prevent and control the food born diseases in our daily life, at last we analyse the meaning that we strenghten the management of food safety from aspect of public health,
