摘  要:研究牛磺酸功能啤酒对小鼠的抗氧化作用。小鼠分为5组,少龄对照组和老龄对照组用空白啤酒灌胃,干预组用高、中、低3种剂量(10g/L、5g/L、2.5g/L)的添加牛磺酸的啤酒灌胃。30d后分别检测肝脏中lipofuscin,血清中MDA、SOD和GSH-Px等指标。结果表明,牛磺酸功能啤酒能显著降低小鼠血清MDA和肝脏lipofuscin含量,并增强血清SOD和GSH-Px活性(p<0.05)。牛磺酸功能啤酒具有抗氧化作用,并提示可能具有延缓衰老作用。The anti-oxidative action of taudne-contained beer in mice was studied. 48 KM mice(10 months old) were randomly divided into four groups: senior control group, ig ordinary beer; taurine-contained beer groups, ig taurine-contained beer at a dose of 10g/L, 5g/L, 2.5g/L respectively, the other 12(8-weeks-old) KM mice (young control group)were given ordinary beer. After 30d, the contents of lipofuscin of the liver and MDA, SOD and GSH-PX activities were measured. The results show that taurine-contained beer reduces the level of MDA and lipofuscin significantly, and also increases the activities of SOD and GHS-PX. Taurine-contained beer may have anti-oxidative and anti-senile ability.
