摘 要:组织职业中学省级骨干教师培训是提高教师教育教学质量的一个积极有效措施,优化培训的组织和实施则是一个教学设计过程。该文以教学设计的思想和方法为指导,通过对前两批省级骨干教师培训实践的调查、总结和反思,对未来培训工作从培训目的、培训内容、培训方式和培训效果评估及巩固四个方面提出策略性建议。To organize the vocational school core teachers training in Hebei province is an active and effective countermeasure to improve teachers' educational and teaching quality, and to optimize the training organization and implementation is a process of instructional design. Some strategic suggestions were put forward with the guidance of instructional design ideas and methods in the aspects of training aim, training content, training ways, and training effects evaluation and strengthening for the future training work, based on the investigation, summing up and thoughts of the first two training practices of core teachers in Hebei province.
