摘　　要：本科毕业论文的指导与撰写事关落实专业培养目标。毕业论文的指导是教师反省教学与科研的最佳时机,毕业论文的撰写是提高学生综合运用专业知识和求职立业能力的迫切需要。因此,在毕业论文指导和撰写过程中必须抓好四大环节。Graduation thesis of undergraduates has gained special significance in implementing specialized training goal. Direction of the graduation thesis is a good opportunity for tutors to self- question their teaching and researching, and writing of the graduation thesis is an urgent requirement for tutors to improve the students＇ capacity to comprehensively apply their professional knowledge, find a job and do some researching in the future, So four steps should be controlled rigorously in the process of direction and writing.
