摘  要:学校体育教育在实施“向素质教育转轨”的过程中,遇到了许多令人感到“理还乱”的现象,似乎各种“素质”元素冲撞了“知识”的地位。“应试教育”不应是素质教育的对立面,实现素质教育目标必须以知识教育为基础,任何“轻视知识”的现象都将阻碍教育改革的发展进程。P.E. class suffers from many problems that cannot be cleared off in the course of shifting from exam-oriented education to caliber-oriented education. It seems that all-around quality, has dashed over the status of knowledge, but the exam-oriented education should not to be supposed as the opposite side of caliber-oriented education. As a matter of fact, to realize the goal of caliber-oriented education must take knowledge as its foundation, and any ignorance of it will hinder the development of education reform.
