摘 要:为了进行以疾病为中心的教学改革,北京大学口腔医学院多学科联合成立了龋病学课程融合教学课题组,2002~2004年在口腔医学专业1999级和2000级两班学生中研究并实践了龋病学课程的融合。通过研究、实践和对比,证实龋病学课程融合教学的可行性和优越性:避免了过去龋病学教学内容的重复,突出了龋病学课程的系统性,加强了龋病学的基础教学内容,学生比较深入和扎实地掌握了龋病学的基本知识。本研究为口腔医学院开设一门独立的龋病学课程奠定了基础。To perform "disease-based learning", a new teaching-unit from multi-disciplines was established in School of Stomatology, Peking University, in 2002. The purpose of the unit was to integrate courses related to dental caries in one new integrated course "cariology", so that the students could master the essential knowledge in a more efficient and systematic manner. Two classes of dental students, Year 1999 and Year 2000, were offered the new teaching system. The efficacy of the new teaching system was evaluated based on marking scores of the students in a same writing test at the end of the course. The scores were also compared with the scores from students accepted conventional teaching system. The resuits demonstrated that the new integration of multi-discipline teaching system was more efficient and much practicable than the conventional separated teaching system. The new system avoided unnecessary repeats in conventional separated multi-discipline teaching courses. The students obtained more systematic knowledge of cariology from the new teaching system. Meanwhile, the teaching staff from different disciplines learnt from each other counterpart great deal. This practice of teaching dental caries, built basements to form a new course of cariology in the dental curriculum of the dental school. The experiences from this teaching practice could be extended to further reforms of the dental teaching system.
