摘 要:随着人们对教学对象主体性的认识和尊重,引发出教师继续教育的内容和方式的变革,人们普遍认识到,教师继续教育所追求的不仅要提升学员的教学能力,而且要促进学员自身全面、健康发展的人性化目标的实现。为此,充分发挥信息技术的优势,把信息技术与中学美术教师继续教育课程进行整合,为学员创造自主探索、多重交互、协作学习、资源共享等数字化的学习环境,创设主动学习情景,让信息技术成为学员强大的认知工具,将使学员的主体地位得以真正确立,使自主学习、探索学习、协作学习得以真正实现。The paper tries to probe into giving full play to the advantages of information technology. It makes a study of the integration of information technology into the art courses for middle school art teachers on continuing education program. Art teachers should create a digital learning environment for the students to explore by themselves, learn by cooperation and share resources. An initiative learning environment should also be created. They should make information technology become a powerful cognitive tool for the students. They should make information technology become a powerful cognitive tool for the students. Thus the students' main body status will be really established. And the aim of initiative learning, exploratory learning and cooperative learning will really be realized.
