摘　　要：制定具有鲜明民族特色、体现地区适应性的班主任培训课程实施方案,采取多种培训方式,使班主任工作专业化,以全面提高边疆民族地区班主任的整体素质。In training class teachers, teaching plans should be made with distinct ethnic characteristics to fit in the local conditions. Various training methods should be adopted and the work of class teachers should be professionalized so as to improve the quality of class teachers in ethnic border areas in an all-round way.
