摘　　要：世界高等教育课程改革综合化、国际化、个性化发展趋势，使“通识教育”这一教育形式得以充分发挥其知识概括的综合性、学科涉及的广泛性、课程设置的灵活性、思维训练的有效性和能力培养的针对性等优势，对我国成人高等教育改革大有启示。With the integration,internationalization and individuation of world higher education reform,general education manifests its predominance such as integration of knowledge,universality of involved subject,flexibility of curriculum arrangement etc.All of these can offer enlightenments to our higher education reform.
