摘　　要：本文整合已有的对企业战略导向及技术创新选择的研究,并引入组织柔性机制,采用多行业的大样本数据,运用结构方程模型,实证分析检验了企业家导向和市场导向对组织柔性及企业创新方式选择的影响,以及资源柔性和能力柔性对于企业自主创新及合作创新的影响,从而为企业提高创新效率提供了有效路径。The paper integrates the research on the strategic orientation and innovation choice, introducing the organizational flexibility, using the large-scale and multi-industry data and structural equation model, this paper analyzes the impacts of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on the organizational flexibility and the innovation choice, then analyzes the impacts of resource flexibility ,ability flexibility on the internal innovation and cooperative innovation, thus a valid path has been provided for corporation to innovation,
