广西中小学教师继续教育的调查研究

摘　　要：综合运用问卷调查、表格调查、个别访谈、集体座谈和文献查阅相结合的方法,全面调研目前广西中小学教师继续教育存在的不足。针对这些不足,可以从以下几个方面解决:给予政策倾斜,建立网络体系,实行“捆绑”制度;用生态学观念制定继续教育规划;推行“有薪学习假”和师范生顶岗实习制度;设置“继续教育超市”等;Carrying out methods of questionnaire, form investigations, the individual interview, collective group discussion and reference materials consulting and based on a systematic quest for status quo of the Primary and Middle School Teachers＇ Continuing Education in Guangxi, this paper points out the deficiencies in the current work of Primary and Middle School Teachers＇ Continuing Education in Guangxi, and several countermeasures can be adopted to deal with it, for example, enlarge investment of Continuing Education, carry out ＂zero tolerance ＂policy, promote systems of ＂paid educatin vacation＂ and ＂on--the--duty practice for normal school students＂, set up supermarket for Continuing Education ,and strive for the diversification of education form etc.
