摘　　要：本文讨论了一类四阶特征值问题的一些基本命题，获得了特征值的若干性质和渐近估计。The present paper deals with some foundational proposition of a class of 4-TH characteristic value problems. The several properties and the successive approximation of the characteristic value are obtained, and from it obtain the trace formula of the characteristic value by means of encircling integral calculus.
