摘 要:目的探讨影响护生临床实习期沟通能力的因素,并找出应对措施。方法按性格将150名护生分为外向型、内向型、混合型三组,外向型为实验组,内向型和混合型为对照组,以问卷及面对面问答方式对其进行心理素质自测评价及带教老师评价。结果心理素质自我测评,外向型与内向型性格比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),混合型次之,在遇到工作问题时护生表现出不同的看法和态度,外向型性格的护生对工作主动,内向型性格的护生对工作被动。外向型组与内向型组和混合型组所表现的差异具有显著性(P<0.05),外向型性格的护生占优势,沟通良好。结论影响临床实习护生沟通能力的直接因素是个人性格,相关因素是学校基础培训、实习医院管理、临床带教老师素质等。Objective To discuss the factors about the communicate performance of the student nurses who worked on the clinical practice and to find the corresponding measures. Methods Divided 150 student nurses into extroversive group, introversive group and mixed group based on their different character. The extroversive group was regarded as the experimental group and the other two groups were subjected to the control groups. Then make the serf - testing evaluation of psychological personality and the clinical teachers' evaluation by the methods of the questionnaire and the face-to-face interlocation for all students. Results The serftesting evaluation showed that there was significant difference between the extroversive group and the introversive group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The mixed group took the second place. They performed different opinions and attitude when faced problems. The introversive students took active manner to the work while the extroversive ones showed passively. The teachers evaluated that there was significant difference among those three groups' performance (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The extroversive students who showed excellent communicate performance gained the advantage over the others. Conclusion Individual is the direct factor which influents the communicate performance of the clinical practice students. The correlative factors are the three barriers included the school's basic training, the management of the practice hospital, the quality, of the clinical teacher, etc.
