摘  要:目的:掌握食品中单增李斯特菌血清型及耐药水平。方法:玻片凝集法检测O抗原,试管凝集法检测H抗原;用K-B法测定耐药性。结果:186株单增李斯特菌对甲氧苄胺嘧啶、丁胺卡那霉素、利福平等8种抗生素耐药性小于5%,对四环素、头孢噻肟和呋喃妥因的耐药性分别为8.97%、39.74%和49.36%,对胺苄青霉素、氯洁霉素、头孢西丁耐药性在50%以上。胺苄青霉素、头孢西丁、头孢噻肟耐药株逐年增加;152株单增李斯特菌分属7个血清型,1/2b血清型占50%,1/2 a血清型占30.26%,1/2 c血清型占13.16%。结论:食品中单增李斯特菌血清型主要为1/2b、1/2 a和1/2 c;甲氧苄胺嘧啶可替代胺苄青霉素作为单增李斯特菌病临床首选药物。Objective: To investigate the serum type and drug resistance of Listeria monocytogenes in food. Methods: O - antigen was detected by slide agglutination, H - antigen by test tube, drug resistance by K - B method. Results:A total of 186 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were tested in drug resistance in the present investigation, the resistance to trimethoprim, amikacin and rifampin was 〈 5%, and to tetracycline, cefotaxime and nitrofuratoin was 8.97%, 39. 74% and 49. 36% respectively, and to ampicillin, clindamycin and cefoxitin was over 50%. Number of highly tolerant strains to ampicillin, cefoxitin and cefotaxime increased year after year. The 152 strains of Listeria monocytogenes tested belonged to 7 serum types, among them, 1/2b blood serum accounted for 50%, 1/2a blood serum 30. 26%, and 1/2c blood serum 13. 16%. Conclusion:The serum types of Listeria mortocytogenes in food are mainly 1/2b, 1/2a and 1/2c. Trimethoprim could be used as substitute for ampicillin as primary choice in clinic treatment of diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes.
