摘　　要：针对“十一五”期间的发展机遇及负载的任务，北京职业教育要在首都经济社会发展的大框架下寻求新的定位，以“大力发展”为主题，坚持统筹协调、整合拓展、内涵建设、改革创新、对外开放发展等五项发展战略。Aiming at the developing opportunities and assuming responsibilities of vocational education during the ＂eleventh five years＂, vocational education in Beijing should seek new orientation under the structure of social and economical development in Capital; take ＂vigorous development＂ as the theme; persist in the following strategies： planning as a whole and harmonizing, integrating and colonizing, emphasizing on the construction of connotation, reforming and innovating, and developing openly.
