摘 要:本研究通过问卷调查和专家访谈的方法,分析北京体育大学教师师德现状,结果表明:1)评价教师师德结构维度有六个。2)学生和教师对北京体育大学教师师德的总体现状满意。3)教师遵纪守法评价最高,精通业务评价最低。4)学生评价教师师德中存在性别和年纪差异,随着年级的递增,师德满意率递减。5)学生和教师的评价存在差异,在教学质量和师生沟通方面学生评价更低,而在科研能力和业务水平方面教师评价更低。With questionnaire and experts interviews, this research analyzes the status quo of teacher virtue of Beijing Sport University. The results denote that 1. Six dimensionalities exist in the evaluation system. 2. An overall satisfaction on teacher virtue lies among the students and teachers in BSU. 3. The most popular choice is "teacher obeying the law", while the most unpopular one is "professional mastery". 4. An age and gender difference occurs in the evaluation. With the increase of grades, the approving ratio decreases. 5. Students and teachers bear different evaluation. Concerning "teaching quality" and "communication between students and teachers", students gave a low evaluation, while teachers gave such when evaluating "research ability" and "professional mastery".
