摘　　要：在北京市停车发展规划与综合对策研究中,针对城市不同地区用地特征、交通条件、停车条件等因素影响,面向停车战略目标的实现将城市分为四大停车政策分区,分别从供需关系、停车结构、建设指标、收费杠杆、效率管理等方面提出差别化的停车发展政策。In the research of Beijing Parking Development Planning, according to the factors of land use, traffic condition and parking status of different areas, differential parking policy for the four circle zones are proposed. The four differential policies are considering the relationship of supply ＆ demand, parking structure, construction index, charge and management, etc.
