优化农村体育师资 加快体育新课标的实施

摘　　要：通过对肇庆、云浮两市农村学校体育师资、教学现状和课程改革情况的调查统计,分析了农村学校体育教师对实施体育新课标在认识方面存在的问题及实际困难,提出加强农村体育教师队伍建设,促进体育新课标实施的一些理念与举措.同时指出:高校体育教育专业应努力为体育课程改革培养新型体育师资.Based on surrey of physical education teaching staff quality,education conditions and course reform in Zhaoqing and Yunfu rural schools, this paper presents some problems, difficulties and methods for improvements, meanwhile also suggest contributions from higher education institution in producing qualified teachers.
