摘  要:针对高师公共心理学教学中存在的主要问题,依据教师专业化的外在要求和教学实践发展的内在规律,以教学理念创新为基础,构建“职业定向———自主建构群集”教学模式。该模式的灵活、有效运用,不仅能深化高师公共心理学课的教学改革,进一步提高教学质量和效益,确保人才培养的规格,而且能使心理学教学的既有价值得到应有的体现和张扬。With the development of professionalization of teacher and the inner law of teaching practice, many problems that have long existed in the teaching of our normal college's public psychology are becoming more serious and can't attract college students' interest and attention. And at the same time, public psychology is gradually losing its important due role and value. In order to turn around this situation, we put forward and try to reconstruct a new teaching mode for college's public psychology, which is a group of professional orientation-fixed and self- construction patterns that characterizes with flexibility and effectualness. We believe that the use and promotion of this teaching mode will not only help to deepen the teaching reform of college's public psychology, improve teaching quality and efficiency, and ensure the standards and quality of talents' training, but also can achieve the goal of displaying the due role and value of the teaching of psychology in higher normal colleges.
