摘　　要：我国农村卫技人员的数量、专业教育程度、业务素质远远不能满足广大农村居民不断发展的健康需求,需要针对农村的实际情况,改进医学教育的结构、层次、布局、专业结构和教育模式。The increasing need for healthcare services in rural areas cannot be satisfied because of the lack of healthcare professionals, and poor medical education and training. These result in the low competency of rural healthcare workers. Therefore, the medical education system needs to be reformed in order to improve healthcare human resources in rural areas.
