摘　　要：教师人格是影响教师自身和学生成长的重要因素。通过分析已有研究中对教师人格的界定、对教师人格特征以及教师人格发展的影响因素的分析,特别是回顾有关优秀教师、专家型教师和创造型教师的人格特征研究的丰富成果,可以探究到教师人格研究中存在的问题并对未来研究进行展望。Teachers＇ personality is one of the important factors that influence the development of teachers and students. Based on the researches on teachers＇ personality about the definition, characteristics and influencing factors, especially on the review of the researches and their abundant results on personality characteristics of excellent teachers, expert teachers and creative teachers, the authors then analyze the problems among the researches, and provide an outlook into the future studies.
